Begins Recording Debut Studio Album
Orlando based rock act Dogwhistle has signed on with Lunar Moth Entertainment to produce its first studio album. New York City area rock fans may remember Dogwhistle as the supporting act on many dates for Voodooland, the band fronted by former Ace Frehley Band member and current Joe Lynn Turner band mate, Karl Cochran.
"Most of the songs we played in our live set with Voodooland were funny covers of things like The Muppets, Fat Albert, and Scooby Doo....... We plan on keeping a fun rock vibe, but the album will be mostly originals." says Dogwhistle guitarist, known only as The Grump.
Recording will continue through June, with a release expected sometime late summer / early fall 2008.

New KISS Tribute Album @ TributeAlbums.com
Lunar Moth Entertainment's sister website, TributeAlbums.com, has released a new KISS tribute titled Heroes of the Night.
Heroes of the Night is a track by track re-creation of KISS' Creatures of the Night, the 1982 release that returned KISS to the hard rock style that first launched their enormous rise to rock n' roll power, and re-inspired a new generation of musicians. In addition to Emerald Monkey's head primate, Jimmy D, Heroes of the Night features appearances by Rob Love (Zan Clan), Bill Bruce (Shotgun Messiah), Chris Laney (Zan Clan & Animal), Daniel Macmaster (Bonham), Peter M. Ahern (Red China Blue).
In addition to the complete Creatures of the Night tracks listing, you will also find a stellar version of Shout It Out Loud, performed by former Bonham vocalist Daniel Macmaster, and a bonus three song EP from Emerald Monkey.
