Eric Carr: Unfinished Business

It is hard to believe that it has been 20 years since the passing of KISS drummer Eric Carr.  For those of you who are familiar with Lunar Moth Entertainment, you will recall that our specialty record label, TributeAlbums.com, was started with a tribute to the late KISS drummer 10 years ago.  We release PROPHECY: A Tribute to Eric Carr to great reaction from KISS and Eric Carr fans alike.  PROPHECY came out during the 10th anniversary of Eric’s passing, and now a decade later, we are very proud to be involved with Eric Carr: Unfinished Business.  This 20th anniversary commemorative collection features rare recordings left behind by the multi talented Carr, as well as live performances, unreleased material, and guest performers.

Lunar Moth Entertainment, via AsburyArts.com,  provided the album art for the project.  Our involvement came about quite naturally, having been friends with Eric’s family for a long time.  It was an honor for us to get this call, and even more so to continue to further the legacy of a great musician and even greater person, Eric Carr!

Sneak Peak at Night Traveler Logo

In preparation for making some exciting announcements, we are getting ready to launch a brand new website for our animated adventure, Night Traveler.  The new site will include a series of new features along with a new look and logo.  In addition, we will be annoucing more pop culture icons and cult favorites who have been added to the cast!

Night Traveler: Prophecy of the Elder follows musician Jake Whitman on a journey of discovery and adventure. After being fired from his only steady gig, Jake is lured down a dark dirt road by a ghostly apparition, causing him to wreck his motorcycle. Rescued by an elderly Native American, Jake is introduced to the origin of dreams, where four challenges will stand between destiny and destruction….

Dogwhistle is a fun rock n’ roll band known for rockin’ versions of cartoon and television theme songs.  The band has shared the stage with many top acts in the New York City Area and are working on their first full length release due out early 2012.

JAWS by Roger Kastel

Our multimedia department and sister website, AsburyArts.com, has launched RogerKastel.com, the official website of famed artist Roger Kastel.  The website features online galleries to view Rogers work, an artist biography, an online store, and more. 

Roger is most known for his work on the now legedary image of JAWS on the paperback release of Peter Benchley’s novel and Steven Spielberg’s blockbuster film adaptation of the book.  With the success of JAWS, Roger was hired to create the poster art for George Lucas’ 1980 sequel to Star Wars, The Empre Strikes Back.  IN addition to these iconic works, Roger Kastel’s work has been featured on countless book covers and movie posters for the likes on Jackie Collins, Elizabeth Taylor, James Burton, James Dean, and more.

Classic Television Show The Munsters

Our multimedia department and sister website, AsburyArts.com, have launched the brand new Munsters.com, the official website of the classic television show and it’s star Butch Patrick, aka Eddie Munster.  The new website features character bios, appearance schedules, interactive contests, and and online store.

The Munsters is a 1960s American family television sitcom depicting the home life of a family of monsters. It starred Fred Gwynne as Herman Munster, Yvonne De Carlo as his wife Lily, Butch Patrick as Eddie Munster, Al Lewis as Grandpa, and Pat Priest as Marilyn. The series was a satire of both traditional monster movies and popular family entertainment of the era, such as Leave It to Beaver. It ran concurrently with The Addams Family. Although the Addamses were well-to-do, the Munsters were a more blue-collar family.

Our multimedia department and sister website , AsburyArts.com, has launched LitaFordOnline.com as Lita’s Offical Website.  The site will fans up to date on everything from tour dates, appearances, new music, and Lita Ford merchandise.

Lita rose to success first as a founding member of the Runaways along with Joan Jett, Cherie Currie, Sandy West, and Jackie Fox.  In the 1980′s Lita launched into a successful solo career with platinum results and chart topping hits included Kiss Me Deadly and Close My Eyes Forever with Ozzy Osbourne.  Aftter taking a long self imposed break from the music business, Lita is back and ready to rock with a new album in the works.  Lita has also been sharing her talent and experience with a new generation of musicians as a mentor at various Rock N Roll Fantasy Camps around the world!
